Certification

All jewellery from Mumnoke is certified by Contrastaria of INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda), which verifies the legal touch, meaning the precious metal content in an alloy, and applies the hallmark alongside the responsibility mark of the manufacturer or equivalent. The application of marks is only mandatory for silver pieces weighing over 2 grams. The buyer can always, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the pieces, resort to the services of the Assay Offices for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the material.

Warranty

In accordance with Portuguese law, all items come with a two-year warranty starting from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to the natural oxidation of silver or the gradual fading of gold plating, nor does it cover signs of wear, misuse, or damage resulting from neglect.
