Shipping

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Mumnoke. Each piece is carefully crafted, hallmarked, and prepared for shipping, a process that typically takes up to three weeks. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email containing a tracking code to monitor its journey to your address.

International Shipping Orders

For orders shipped to denominations beyond the European Union (EU), please note that your package may incur customs duties or import taxes levied by the local authorities. Any associated fees necessary to receive the package are responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges & Returns

For any exchanges or returns, please contact at mumnoke@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the piece must be in its original, unused condition, and returned in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges or returns will be approved solely upon meeting these criteria.
